Alright!!

One of the few color pieces I have and it is now done!!!This one took me longer than usual...

Anyway, this is one of my many dragons. The name of this dragon is Lohemadu and this one is flying towards its home island. This type of dragon is somewhat rare due to its solitary nature and need of a large habitat, usually an entire island.

Oh, and once again I must say that :iconiceandfire13: did a great job on the island that Lohemadu is flying to. Thanks again!

i like it, love the shading and the bg's really something. The amount of detail u gave on the dragons wings really must have took u 4 ever.
though i think u should start expliring the pastels they give a really good look on the BG's and try using various elements of drawing in it like pen... etc
like i did on Ivory Tower

Actually, this took me about 20 minutes or so to color. I have used other materials like cut paper and even permanent marker (only two are made with permanent marker), just check out my gallery!

I might do another pic using different materials.....don't have any pastels though....I need to get some!

Ha!! Thanks so much, but to tell you the truth......i've only submitted a fraction of my characters...I have well over 100!!!! You will get to see them all eventually, but right now I am trying to do pen drawings of them....many of my characters are drawn in pencil and are very hard to see! I have color designs for most all of my creatures, the only ones I really need help on are the ones I made recently!

Let me know if there is a certain kind of critter you want to see, chances are that I have it. An example would be...."I want to see a large tiger-like cat with flames coming out of its body", well I have a creature like it that I need to "update" and put in pen!

You really think so?

I never thought that I was good with shading, at least in black and white, but many people seem to think differently when it comes to my color pics!

Thanks and i'm glad you like how I shaded the island!!!!
